Do you need special equipment for Pilates?
When practising Pilates at home, you won't need any special equipment. Although, it is strongly recommended that you use a yoga mat for your own comfort when doing Pilates. Additionally, many people like to utilise basic equipment such as yoga blocks and resistance bands to help get a deeper stretch or assist them in their Pilates workout. What do you need for beginner Pilates?
