The month of March is about building some tools to take back some control when our changing bodies may feel out of our control. Our main aim will be reducing stress and anxiety, strengthening and lubricating our fabulous bodies and mind.
This five-week spring series offers a nourishing space to soften, rest, and reawaken in rhythm with the season. Through immersive sound journeys, alongside explorations of gentle movement, restorative yoga, and mindfulness across the series, each session supports release, replenishment, and quiet renewal.
