What is the main difference between yoga pants and leggings?
Although they may appear to be the same, yoga leggings and yoga pants do have slight differences. Yoga leggings are typically made with thinner materials, with a small waistband and are tapered at the ankle. While yoga pants have a broad waistband which can be folded over and are made with thicker, more opaque materials and often are flared at the bottom.

Should yoga pants be tight or loose?
Yoga pants should typically be snug enough to fit your body but not tight enough that they cause discomfort or lack of flexibility. They are designed to be stretchy and supportive to keep you comfortable and allow for ease of movement during yoga practice.
