Product Description

The Yogamatters Knee Mat Pad is 15mm thick and provides an extra layer of cushioning to support your knees during yoga, Pilates, or any floor-based exercise. Ideal for use alongside your main mat, it adds comfort during kneeling poses and protects your joints from hard surfaces.

At 60cm wide, it is the width of most standard yoga mats, giving you good coverage. Made from ultra-lightweight NBR foam, it’s light to carry, non-absorbent, and easy to wipe clean, perfect for studio or home use.

While it’s great for knees, this versatile mat pad can also be placed under your hands, elbows, or forearms to ease pressure during weight-bearing poses or exercises or anywhere you need extra joint support on hard surfaces.
