Please ensure you order the correct size for your height. This 75cm ball is suitable for height over 185cm.

When you sit on the inflated gym ball, your knees should be positioned slightly lower than your hips. The height guidelines shown are only suggested recommendations. Some therapists, trainers and midwifes may suggest that you use an alternative size.
