Wilder Botanics is inspired by co-founder Rachel Landon’s 20 years of clinical practice as a naturopath and herbalist and her husband Charlie’s deep-rooted curiosity and love of naturally derived formulations.

Rachel’s previous career in fashion first played a part towards seeking herbs to rebalance and strengthen preventively. Drawn to the holistic which meant in the truest sense of the word - as a whole.

Serenity is a beautifully scented organic infusion to support the body through modern day life. Drink this blend to help manifest calm and serenity, especially when extra support is needed through a stressful period, or to aid a good night's sleep.

Add 1 teaspoon to a cup of hot water. Infuse for 10 minutes strain and enjoy.

Lemon Balm should not be taken in an excessive amount with hypothyroidism.
