A4 laminated, double sided chart.

On the front, the seven chakras, energetic centres of the subtle body are represented according to the Vedic tradition. For each, various associations are given: Sanskrit name, element, mantra, psychological aspect, type of yoga.

On the back, an illustration of their positions along the spine with texts describing what typifies the positive functioning, or the unbalance, of each chakra.
