Important information about International Orders

Important information about International Orders

Please read this information if you are planning to place an order for delivery to a destination in the European Union or Switzerland and Norway.

Currently, the rule changes associated with Brexit are proving to be disrupted especially at the road border crossings. Our road carriers DHL and DPD are experiencing issues. DPD suspended its service on Thursday 7th January and have announced they will not be restarting road services for the foreseeable future. This means that unfortunately we may be limited to delivery services to certain European destinations.

Existing orders

If you have placed an order with us in the last few weeks, please allow them extra time for our carriers to complete your delivery. Any customers directly affected by the DPD suspension will be contacted by our customer service team with the options available to them.

New orders

If you would like to place an order and your destination is being serviced by our carriers, then do place your order but we would ask you to allow a few extra days for your delivery.

Duties and Taxes

All our orders are being sent duties and taxes paid. If you get asked to pay any additional charges please contact us immediately and do not pay them. We will investigate and make sure your parcel is released without any further payment by you. If you pay the charges, we may not be able to refund you as we will have already paid the charges too.
