    Take a moment to discover

This is the 7th in-person Yoga Garden Party in aid of The Hope Foundation for Street Children (HOPE UK). Past garden parties were held in Wimbledon, Bore Place in Kent, and at the Avington Estate in Hampshire.

Each event has effectively been a yoga festival in glorious surroundings, bringing together some of the UK’s most experienced teachers and therapists, for adults and children of all ages and levels of ability to experience community, well-being, friendship and fun.

All teachers and organisers offer their skills and support on a voluntary basis. All proceeds from all classes go directly to HOPE UK.

This year’s Yoga Garden Party brings together over 20 of the UK’s most experienced yoga, chi kung and somatics teachers, while also featuring world renowned american teachers Sarah & Ty Powers.

This will be the finest yoga festival event ever to be held in the UK to celebrate the UK’s depth and breadth of teaching skills, knowledge and experience as a charitable endeavour.

On Sunday morning Simon Low will teach a yoga and somatics class at 8:30am-10:30am by donation only to HOPE UK, limited to 35 students, while this class is also a gesture of gratitude to all the Yoga Garden Party teachers and volunteers who are staying over at Castle Ashby on Saturday night, or who live locally. Spaces will this be limited for the special class.

Spaces for the public are bookable in advance, for committed attendance and donation, on Saturday at the reception.
