What inspired you to start Goddess Charms?

A love of mystery, magic, and the power of ancient symbolism. I believe that when you remind a woman of her inherent power, she doesn't just change her own life - she lights up the world around her. That ripple effect is what drives everything I do.

What is your mission with Goddess Charms?

To awaken women to the power they've always had within them. Each piece we create is a talisman, a daily reminder that strength, wisdom, and courage aren't things to seek externally - they're already woven into who you are. 

Which women inspire you?

So many!  But probably the women closest to me: My sister, who juggles a successful, professional career whilst bringing up her two children. My mother, who taught me that life is meant to be lived on your own terms, with adventure as your compass. My friend and astrologer, Cosmic Cures, who embodies the transformative power of gratitude, even in life's dark moments. And, of course, the women who wear our jewellery and join our retreats - they may not know every Goddess story, but they feel the ancient pull of feminine power and trust their intuition enough to follow it. That courage inspires me every single day.

What gets you energised and keeps you recharged?

A daily practice; I chant & do yoga every day.  I feel a daily practice is no longer a nice-to-have, but a necessity in these times!

Being in nature; long walks, lying in the grass, just being.  Nature is the ultimate recharger.

Being off my phone & laptop & connecting to something far deeper.
