    Summary

Jasmin Harsono is a multi-sensory artist, international author, and meditation guide specialising in energy, sound, and voice work. She is the founder of Emerald and Tiger, a conscious lifestyle brand offering wellness experiences, retreats, and curated programs, and the creator of Project Immersense, which produces sensory soundscapes, healing installations, and wellbeing consultations. Jasmin is also a resident practitioner at 180 Health Club, where she offers one-to-one treatments and leads energy and sound meditation sessions. She has collaborated with the BBC, Nike, Mercedes, Financial Times, Women’s Health, and Goop, contributes wellbeing content for HTSI, and is an ambassador for Suicide & Co. Through her guided meditations, sound and voice sessions, and experiences, she helps people connect with their energy, intuition, and truest inner voice.

What does a typical day look like for you?

My mornings usually begin with mindful time for myself like stretching, moving, energy breath, humming, and a few minutes of journalling. The rest of my day varies and can include curating wellness programming and experiences for brands and spaces, recording meditations, consulting, teaching on retreats, and catching up on administrative tasks. I also host meditation sessions and specialise in energy, sound, and voice healing. I will try to fit in a walk in nature and exercise.

How did your sound journey begin, and what inspired you to become a sound teacher?

Sound and music have always been a powerful force in my life, and I often say they have been my constant therapy and friend. They supported me through so much, including my father’s suicide when I was 14, and have allowed me throughout my life to bring awareness to my feelings, shifting and fully experiencing every emotion.

I began singing and writing songs at a young age, studied music and media, worked in music television, sang in choirs, and headlined venues in London with my own band.

When I began my meditation practice in my late twenties, it naturally led me to train in meditation, as well as energy and sound healing. Over time, people discovered my work through word of mouth. In my one-to-one sessions and group classes, I was immediately drawn to using my voice in meditation, gradually incorporating live and ambient sounds. This felt like a natural progression, as sound had supported me through every stage of my life.

What inspired you to specialise in your practice?

It was my deep connection to sound, how it has supported my life and the lives of those around me. Over the years, through sharing it with thousands of people, I’ve seen and felt how sound can hold us, guide us, and create deep, transformative shifts.

How have you seen your practice benefit your students?

I see the benefits of sound every day. I receive messages from participants, witness shifts during my classes, and hear feedback after sessions. Some of the most common benefits include deep rest, improved sleep, reduced stress, creating a safe space to truly meet yourself, boosting creativity, and a sense of flow and connection both to ourselves and to something larger than us.

Tell us about your sound album release, Resonance of the Earth.

Resonance of the Earth is a meditative journey of sound, music, breath, and intention, designed to help us connect with ourselves, nature, and something larger than us.

An EP of four tracks, Breathe, Embrace, Unite, and Heal was released in November 2025, with 25% of proceeds donated to the Earth Percent charity. The full 13-track album is now available, offering immersive soundscapes created with gongs, crystal bowls, tuning forks, voice, and carefully tuned healing frequencies.

Listeners can experience it as a complete meditation or enjoy individual tracks to pause, reset, and reconnect. Nature-inspired and meditative, the album invites presence, reflection, and calm, blending creative and spiritual intention throughout.
