Re-introducing our bestselling Organic Cotton Small Rectangular Buckwheat Bolster – now the fabric is made from 100% organically grown cotton and filled with organic buckwheat hulls that mould to the contours of your body, encouraging complete release and relaxation into your yoga asana. The packaging is compostable now too!

Our rectangular bolster offers width and a flat surface for supine postures. The flat surface supports the back and can also be used to raise the hips in sitting postures and placed lengthways under the mid-back to open up the chest. This small rectangular bolster is ideal for gentle support and stretch.
