What are sustainable period product
The answer to this question can be a subjective one, as what sustainability encompasses is vast. What is sustainable for you, may not be sustainable to another, and likewise what is sustainable for the planet may also mean something different. &SISTERS period products are sustainable in the sense that they are either reusable, or made from eco-friendly materials without the use of harsh chemicals and plastics. This means that they can be used over and over, or can safely biodegrade.

What is an environmentally friendly tampon?
An environmentally-friendly tampon should be free of plastic and harsh chemicals, and feature organic materials such as organic cotton. &SISTERS tampons are made from 100% organic cotton and feature biodegradable cardboard applicators and fully recyclable packaging. The cotton used for &SISTERS tampons is ethically sourced and is grown without chemicals, herbicides or pesticides, making them kinder to your body and the environment.
