Expand and let go: an exploration of breath and yoga for World Cancer Day
Sunday 4th February | 3.00 - 5.00pm
Vicky Fox has over a decade of experience teaching yoga for cancer classes and has joined forces with Sophie Trew and Dr Nina Fuller-Shavel on World Cancer Day to share the combined force of yoga and breathwork with you. To support the class there is an optional chance to donate to Oncio, a free app offering support and integrative oncology tools for those affected by cancer.
To celebrate International Women's Day we welcome Karen James, a yoga teacher with a passion for making yoga accessible to all. Crystal Sound Bath

Wednesday 17th April | 7-8pm
This class will integrate breath awareness, soothing touch and a guided mindful self-compassion practice to self-soothe and re-establish balance. The class will culminate in an extended savasana (relaxation) accompanied by a crystal bowl sound bath to nourish mind, body and spirit.
Come and join us for an enriching session of opening the heart through the beautiful practice of Kirtan. We will chant together in call and response accompanied by harmonium and drum. You do not have to be a singer as you will simply use your voice as a resonant tool to connect with your inner voice.
Emma will lead a month of workshops every Thursday throughout May all about using the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda to balance your body and mind. Through each class, you’ll be introduced to the three doshas (mind-body types) and learn how to eat, move, live and plan your daily routines to help you feel balanced and well. You’ll also understand how to live more seasonally for greater wellbeing in body and mind. Join these insightful workshops and learn how to bring ancient wisdom to your modern life.

Emma is a yoga teacher, holistic health coach and trainer. She has extensive training in restorative yoga and has pursued deeper education in yoga, Ayurveda and ancient wisdom.
Véronique will lead a month of classes around the topic of Energy & Burnout with the aim to explore various approaches to keep burnout at bay and enjoy a life full of energy. She interviews medical doctor Ela Manga who wrote a book called Breathe: Strategising energy in the age of burnout and welcomes guest teachers who all share a keen interest in burnout, fatigue, energy and resilience. Join these empowering classes and discover new ways to look after your authentic energy.

This is a yoga book with a difference, embarking on a ground-breaking exploration of the multifaceted challenges faced by yoga teachers in today's complex world. Harriet and Theo will be joined by a panel drawn from the book’s incredible contributors for a discussion of the key themes. This event is aimed teachers and long-term practitioners interested in the teaching of yoga.
Join Harriet and Theo for a gentle and accessible evening practice. Harriet will lead some movement to help unwind and find ease, setting you up for a delicious yoga nidra (yogic sleep). You are welcome to join this practice from your mat (or your bed!). You’ll need a few cosy blankets and cushions, plus any other props you like to use for your practice.

Yoga for NHS: Staff Wellbeing

Yoga4NHS is a six series class aimed at NHS workers and accredited by the Royal College of GPs. Yoga4NHS will equip you with self-care skills using yoga techniques. The emphasis is on developing your own yoga toolkit and developing a sustainable home and work-based practice lasting as little as 5 minutes per day.

Confidence Courage and Consistency for Men through YogaJoin Pablo Amani, founder of Afrikan Yoga for a five class series aimed specifically at men. Each class will be filled with fluid motion to improve mobility, balance, flexibility and strength and are open to all levels.Every 2 weeks until 23rd May 2024

Yes our online community classes are free. We also offer online courses which are fee based for those who want to deepen their practice.
We know that life can get in the way and sometimes you might not be able to attend class. There is no need to let us know if you can’t attend.
No the live classes are not recorded, we encourage you to join us live to practice together but if you book onto one of our courses will receive a recording.
