Product Description

These burst resistant swiss balls are used for yoga, Pilates, fitball workouts or physiotherapy and can be used as a chair to aid with postural problems. 

Please ensure you order the correct size for your height. This 65cm ball is suitable for height 167cm-178cm.

When you sit on the inflated gym ball, your knees should be positioned slightly lower than your hips. The height guidelines shown are only suggested recommendations. Some therapists, trainers and midwifes may suggest that you use an alternative size. 

 

Please note the stopper valve is already in the ball when it arrives. Please remove before attempting to inflate.

No pump or DVD supplied.

Unfortunately we’re unable to accept returns of balls which have already been inflated, unless they're faulty.
