Our Yogamatters Kits are curated with versatility in mind, and this kit is no exception. Perfect for restorative practice, sound baths, yoga nidra and meditation and relaxation.

All of our cotton props are made from organic cotton in a soothing grey ice; there's no need to hide them away as they beautifully compliment every home interior.
Each of the components can be used individually to support your daily wellbeing or combined for a variety of practices.

1. Our mini bolster, eye pillow and candle replicate our Relaxation Kit for quiet moments.
2. Create a meditation space by folding your blanket to serve as a meditation cushion. Layer it over your restorative mat for support for knees and ankles.
3. Use your rolled restorative mat as a bolster during yoga practice, and pair with your eye pillow to encourage deeper relaxation in Savasana.
4. Support your head and neck during Savasana and sound baths, whilst laying on your restorative mat. Add a blanket for extra warmth or support, and deepen your relaxation with the aid of your soothing eye pillow and candle.

WHAT'S IN THE KIT?

THE MAT: Designed for a restorative yoga practice and gong bath and made from sustainable materials with plentiful cushioning for comfort and warmth. Perfect for your home sanctuary but it also comes with a practical carry handle so you can take your mat to your restorative yoga class too.

THE BLANKET: Our sumptuously soft yoga blanket is made from GOTS certified organic cotton. The blanket can be folded or rolled to support a variety of poses as well as providing a layer of warmth in extended relaxation poses.

THE EYE PILLOW: The gentle weight of our 100% organic cotton eye pillow helps the muscles around the eyes to soften aiding relaxation whilst the lavender scent aids sleep and deep rest.

THE MINI BOLSTER: Our mini bolster is the ideal accompaniment for your restful savasana, yoga nidra and sound bath, supporting your neck to allow complete surrender. The mini bolster works well positioned along the spine for chest opening and underneath the stomach for digestive work.

THE CANDLE: Create an atmosphere of rest and relaxation with our hand-poured vegan soy wax candle, scented with calming lavender and sweet and spicy neroli from the blossom of the bitter orange tree. These pure essential oils have been expertly blended to promote relaxation, alleviate anxiety and enhance positivity.

There are many ways to use our eye pillow. Here are a few suggestions to get you started;

Place the eye pillow over eyelids in Corpse Pose/Savasana to calm the eyes and mind
Please over the eyes as you would an eye mask or across the forehead just before bed to aid sleep
Rest on the inside of each palm in Savasana for grounding
Transform to a cold eye mask by chilling in fridge to use as a compress for headache relief
