Made from 100% natural organic cotton fabric, our small rectangular bolster offers width and a flat surface for supine postures. The flat surface supports the back and can also be used to raise the hips in sitting postures and placed lengthways under the mid back to open up the chest.

Filled with organic buckwheat hulls, our buckwheat bolster moulds to the contours of your body, encouraging complete release and relaxation into your yoga asana. Sturdy buckwheat hulls won't break down over time and therefore help the bolster to withstand much more pressure. This small rectangular bolster is ideal for gentle support and stretch.
