Use: In the studio, you will find bolsters used in pre-natal, restorative and Iyengar Yoga classes.          

  • Bridge Pose - place under the hips to help lengthen the spine and release back pain
  • Supine Bound Angle Pose - place along the spine for a chest opening backbend
  • Childs Pose - place bolster between legs and fold torso over for a bolster to help soothe tension and anxiety
