WHAT'S IN THE KIT?

THE MAT: The Eco Rise yoga mat is made from sustainably harvested natural tree rubber, in soft grey, eucalyptus or natural. The unique cotton blend mesh surface provides excellent grip and stability.

BRICK PAIR: Made in Germany from cork, a renewable and recyclable resource. A brick pair is the perfect prop for supporting postures and developing flexibility at all levels of practice.

THE BELT: Our 100% organic cotton yoga belt can be used in all styles of yoga. It is mainly used to extend and lengthen reach and will help improve flexibility over time.

THE MAT STRAP: Simple and easy to use this 100% organic cotton mat strap matches perfectly with our Eco Rise yoga mat and can double up as a yoga belt if you’re on the move and travelling light.

THE BOLSTER: Essential for supporting your restorative practice, our organic cotton bolster is filled with organic buckwheat hulls which moulds gently to your body allowing greater release and relaxation.

THE BLANKET: Our sumptuously soft yoga blanket is made from GOTS certified organic cotton. The blanket can be folded or rolled to support a variety of poses as well as providing a layer of warmth in extended relaxation poses.

THE EYE PILLOW: The gentle weight of our 100% organic cotton eye pillow helps the muscles around the eyes to soften aiding relaxation whilst the lavender scent aids sleep and deep rest.

There are many ways to use our eye pillow. Here are a few suggestions to get you started;

Place the eye pillow over eyelids in Corpse Pose/Savasana to calm the eyes and mind
Please over the eyes as you would an eye mask or across the forehead just before bed to aid sleep
Rest on the inside of each palm in Savasana for grounding
Transform to a cold eye mask by chilling in fridge to use as a compress for headache relief
