Many studios have had to shut their doors for the second time, but they are all quickly adapting to the new normal and working hard to continue to hold space for yoga classes every single day. With Zoom, Youtube and social media, we are never too far from a yoga class with our favourite studios and teachers.
Attending online classes is not only a good way for you to keep up your practice, but also supports the studios and helps ensure that they can get through this period and once again open their doors to us when all of this is over. Other ways to support the studios and teachers include investing in gift cards, workshops and class-passes; Even if you know you won’t be using them for a little while. Or simply sharing their classes on social media and with friends and family to help them spread the word.
