A great way to find ways of working to meet your needs because of backache. Do use under supervision of your regular teacher to start off with, but then once you know which poses are right for you you've got a clear picture of how to practice. not suitable for beginners chart is bigger than A4 you need to be used to using supports


As a teacher: the charts are very useful in general classes, as a quick alternative to give to menstruated women during a class when the sequence of the day has to be partly or totally adapted for them. Only for pupils who already knowi the poses in the classical form and also how to use props. Unsuitable to beginners.
