Weighty sandbags are perfect for recuperative practise. We make our sandbags from a strong cotton fabric for long life and pleasant skin contact. They are filled with Dorset pea shingle - offering excellent weight distribution and does not feel too cold to the touch (superior to sand filled sand bags). Zip allows you to adjust the quantity of filling.
