Weighty sandbags are perfect for recuperative practise. We make our sandbags from a strong cotton fabric for long life and pleasant skin contact. They are filled with Dorset pea shingle - a round sea washed stone which moves and settles well, offers the best weight distribution & does not feel too cold to the touch (superior to sand filled sand bags!). Zip allows you to adjust the quantity of filling.
