We sell two kinds of yoga chair. They are very similar in appearance and style, and both have been widely used throughout the yoga community. One has a bar joining the front legs, and one does not.

This is the original yoga chair from Jivana Props in Germany. There is no bar connecting the front legs. Maximum recommended user weight 80kg. No safety test data has been supplied by the manufacturer of this chair. Not recommended for commercial or heavy use.

Used to aid rotation in seated twists, for support in backbends, in viparita karani, for shoulder stand and many other asanas. Ideal for serious Iyengar students and studios. Chairs fold flat for easy storage and have durable non-marking feet.
