Cork wedge

Also known as a 'plank', foam wedges are a favourite with Iyengar practitioners and traditionally used to help prevent hyper extension.

Cork is the natural choice for yogis being environmentally sound. Lightweight, durable, non-slip and they feel great with rounded edges for comfort.

There are many uses for the wedge including as a prop for your heels in downward facing dog pose, and to ease the angle on your wrists in handstands.
