Quarter round cork brick

Quarter round bricks are a favourite with Iyengar practitioners and traditionally used to help prevent hyper extension.

The cork is strong and non slip and will not distort under bodyweight or damage floors or toes! Our cork bricks are environmentally sound and safer than traditional wooden bricks.

There are many uses for these quarter bricks including as a prop for your heels in dog pose, to ease the angle on your wrists in handstands, amongst others.
