This 'half thickness' foam block can be used either in place of or with a full thickness block for small adjsutments of height.

Light and easy to transport, great for under hips, heels, ankles or head where a little bit of lift and support is required. Perfect for giving a little bit of warmth when practicing on a cold, hard floor, without effecting the integrity of the pose.

These half blocks are so necessary for any yoga practice. Use as padding for shoulder stands or as an extra lift for the hip in many seated postures. Sometimes students need one and a half blocks when two blocks are just too high.
