Light enough to carry between classes, yet sturdy enough to bear your weight in postures, our lightweight foam blocks are an integral part of your yoga kit.

Blocks enhance your practice by supporting, stabilising and aligning the body. Sit on one to raise your hips for a straighter spine, or put four together for a classic shoulder stand support.

These blocks come in a rainbow of colours and are supplied unbranded and unpackaged to avoid wasteful shrink wrapping.

i thought these blocks would be softer and was surprised to find how rigid they were. not sure what to use them for- yet! the cork bricks I bought were excellent ffor bringing the floor nearer, so maybe the foam blocks are for this purpose to. currently I am trying to learn tibetan heart yoga but only have a book. can't really give them a rating number yet.

Exactly what's used in most Iyengar classes and perfect for any posture requiring a brick. Less give than in my old crumbed foam blocks and they don't leave any 'crumbs' after use! Also very lightweight for carrying and storing. Great value.

I found this block after searching for many other options on the web - the price was the most competitive and the quality is very good. Colourful options add to the fun for practice, it is made of a firm material but no too hard on your bum (!) when seated on. It is perfectly suited for various asana practice. Highly recommended.

I think they are very pale, but that might have to do with not having too many chemicals... Also no rounded corners, which makes them look cheap. But: they are low-priced and very practical, so I'm still positive!!

Exactly the same type of foam block you would find in any class. Very soft to the touch, strong but not hard. Very lightweight, which is what I needed for carrying around and travel. The range of colours is great. I have chosen the hot pink one. This is a very nice colour to complement my purple mat, however do not expect a bright flashy pink - this is a more faded version.

These beautiful blocks are ideal for lugging around to Iyengar classes and workshops (particularly if you're carrying 40 of them for your students). I use black for the classes and encourage students to choose lighter colours when they buy their own because then they can write their names on them and make sure they don't get mislaid. (One of the practicalities of yoga that no-one mentions in the books.) They are just the right firm texture for supporing shoulder balance and seated asanas, and keep their integrity over time unlike the foam ones. Thumbs up for these.

I bought these because of the low price and lovely colours which I think really brighten up the place and go with the different coloured yoga mats I use for classes. They are perhaps slightly less substantial than more expensive ones but are good enough.

I have used the blocks for my own Iyengar yoga practise for several years and they have lasted really well. They still look new. They are also very light so no problem with carrying a heavy bag when going to classes. I have now bought them in green for my studio and they look great.
