As well as my AcroYoga and Vinyasa teaching, which keeps me on my feet all the time, I dance Argentine tango in three and a half inch heels almost every night. The product that makes this possible, and counteracts that unhealthy foot posture, is Yoga Toes. I splurged on them for Christmas - bought one for myself, for my father, and for my boyfriend at the time who is also a tango dancer. They've brought me tremendous relief, stretching out my toes and metatarsals, re-aligning the bones in my feet. I am basically thrilled by them and use them every day. In fact, as I sit in my bed playing on my computer, I am using them now.

Just wanted to say that, now that I have my YogaToes, I've no idea how I ever lived without them. Using them after long runs helps my feet and legs recover so much faster -- not only am I usually able to put in another hard run the next day, my times are faster because my legs feel fresher. I use YogaToes to great effect after long days in high heels, of course, but I think it's even more interesting that I've been seeing such a huge difference in my running as a result. Thank you!

I was initially concerned about spending £33 pounds on something that might not work but these are fantastic. I wear them while relaxing in the bath. Not only do i get relief from bunions but i am starting to exercise the toes in a way that was not possible before. I am going to show them to everyone at the yoga class i attend. By the way the price is for a pair-this is not clear in the information. Highly recommended.

I deliberated for a long time before buying these; there are other similar looking products available and £36 isn't cheap. Also, my toes are ridiculously small and short and I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to fit them through the toe separators. However, I am really pleased that I made the investment and would recommend them to everyone. I don't suffer from any particular foot problems but as a chef I am often on my feet for 10 hours and more. Wearing these in the bath after work are the absolutely best way of relaxing my feet and the extra flexibility I have in my toes and feet is incredible. The extra strength and flexibilty is so good I would love to get the YogaHands made by the same company.

I thought about buying these for some time, i read the reviews and fully embrace the concept but was slightly put of by the price, my husband bought them for me and i'm very glad he did, i used them first in the bath and enjoyed the release in my toes. I have only had them for a few days but am very happy with them. I feel they are a litte expensive but love them.
