Our cotton bolster comes with a machine-washable cover and a useful carrying handle, making it ideal for both studio and home use.

It features a strong zip and a natural cotton inner stuffed with cotton wadding and comes in a large selection of colours, some of which are available with a gold trim.

This cylindrical version is our most popular bolster and is best used for chest-opening back bends, or restoratative forward folds.

I love the bolstor, am very happy with it. There were a few problems with the delivery, but Yogamatters were kind enough to refund the delivery charge as a result. I have ordered many things from them, sometimes they do get a bit muddled when placing the order, as this has happened a few times now, but it works out all ok in the end!

All fine with bolster and delivery. Cotton cover doesn't wash too well though in terms of keeping colour etc. Would be really great if you could devise a protective waterproof cover/holdall which would be useful when out and about.

I've been using this bolster for a few weeks now and I have been very pleased with the quality so far. It is quite firm and the handle at the end is a useful feature. Given that I have only had it for a short while and have not tried washing the cover I cannot yet comment on durability of cushion or fabric... Overall it seems well made and I anticipate it will serve me well for a long time.

This bolster is a bit hard and round. I would refer slightly softer and more rectangular. They have great rectangular bolsters in the USA why does nobody sell them here? YOGAMATTERS REPLY: We supply rectangular bolsters - sorry you missed them whilst browsing the selection!

bolsters are wonderfu colour but slightly taut ..maybe over filled and slippery - students slipping off.......?don't remember my other bolsters from you as being so slippery YM reply: There can be a slight variation in the quantity of cotton in each bolster, and it is possible to remove some of the filling if you really need to, although e recommend that you wait a while before doing so, to see how the bolster shape changes with use.

Quick delivery to a remoter European location. I wish the bolster was longer as I am quite tall and I find it slightly shorter than ideal for my height (175 cm). But obviously I knew the length at ordering the bolster, so that's nothing to blame Yogamatters for. The bolster changes shape after lying on it -- have another one which doesn't, so that is a sensible difference. However , it seems easy to reshape it back. Have had it only a few days, so no longer term experience to share as yet.

I teach Restorative Yoga. I have Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and suffer the inconveniences of the illness. Bolsters ,,, all sizes.... are the most amazing props and tools. I have friends with ailments other than my own problematic one but restorative has helped... my friends suffer from them own diverse range of medical inconveniences or disability. ..scleiosis.... awaiting hip replacement.... epilepsy.... STRESS! ...others plus a multiple of friends with MS., I have found the bolsters to help with spasm, stiffness, tension... the list is endless. How did i survive without my own personal collection and most of my friends have ask to purchase one of their own, it significantly can help that much.

Easy to carry Dark colors are more difficult to keep clean (especially because of blankets that leaves small peaces of fabric on them)

I have made my first purchase of bolsters, to help people I teach at home with back and joint injuries. They look and feel quite luxurious. This bolster is very reasonably priced so I wasn't sure what to expect but I have been pleasantly surprised! It is very well made and very firm and the handle makes it easy to swing out of the way between poses! And I love the hot pink colour too!

Very impressed with delivery information. I was kept updated when the delivery would be (between 10.15 and 11.15 am) which allowed me free time to do other things. I found this very helpful. The bolsters themselves really great and well made, will use Yogamatters again.

I have one of each of the bolsters available from Yoga Matters, yes all! Recommend them to all my students. The cotton filled comes in such beautiful covers, that and the buckwheat filled, and well as the manduke bolster are excellent for Yin or restorative classes, to encourage external rotation of the shoulders, open the chest and just plain relax in to. Get one, or two!!

i had already one of these in blue for one year and i loved it!! my students wanted to have their own and i bought them also! the quality is really great and while i have mine for a year using it almost every day it s like a new one! for sure when i open a yoga studio i will buy these for restoratives.

The whole service was reliable and the product is good quality. The bolster arrived when it was scheduled to, it was worth waiting for the purple cover I wanted (which was originally out of stock) and came in when promised. It is firm, well made, early days of usage but looking forward to using it more.

Friendly and helpful service on the phone by Yogamatters. Delivery was really quick this time and without any problems. Ordered several bolsters in purple and ocean green. Colours lovely and bright. The bolsters are a bit hard however I think they will soften and flatten with use. I have not washed the covers yet so not sure how the colours will last. Overall really happy with product and service.
