Classic cotton yoga blanket imported from India - 100% natural, firm, great for folding and rolling. With a small thin hem on two sides, and blanket stitching on the other two sides. Still the best for yoga. Machine washable. Made from cotton waste material so ecologically sound too.
- This type of blanket will shed when new - it goes with the territory! Washing may reduce the amount of shedding but will not stop it. Only use over time will stop the shedding, and until that happens you may notice small particles of cotton on dark coloured clothing and cushions. There may also be minor imperfections in the weave, again par for the course with this kind of Indian cotton blanket - which remains the best for yoga use. No refunds or exchanges (this does not affect your statutory rights) offered due to shedding.
- Manufactured in good factory conditions regularly inspected to ensure labour codes of conduct and health and safety are adhered to.
- If you want a blanket for sitting on or other support in your practice - this is the classic choice.
- If you want a blanket just for keeping warm we recommend fleece blankets which have excellent thermal properties

I was shocked at how lovely these blankets are when they arrived. They are like felt, super warm and cuddly, extremely large- great for Savasana. They are firm and can be rolled and folded for support. I couldn't have asked for more in a yoga blanket.

I love these blankets. They're great for rolling and folding - brilliant for supported postures and for headstand - and also for lying under in pranayama! Great value, too.

Exactly as described by YogaMatters, these Indian blankets are the best we've found for practice. The 'shedding' isn't bad at all, and soon stops after a bit of use. The consistency is a good balance of firm and soft, the foldability/rollability makes them versatile for many yoga support functions - and we've even used them for sleeping on and under too! No distracting patterns or clashing colours or allergy-inducing wool-fluff, these are the yoga students' favourite, in my experience.
