Manufacturer's recommendation (important - these are not based on yoga use): 53cm for height up to 5' 1"/155cm.
65 cm for height 5' 1"/155cm - 5' 9" / 175 cm
75cm for height over 5'9" /175cm
When in doubt we recommend getting larger rather than smaller balls. Please ask your teacher for advice. Sorry - we cannot exchange balls that have been inflated.

Much more fun to sit on than a chair! I use it at home and at my desk in the office, and love opening out my back on it when I start feeling like I'm getting sucked into the computer!
