At 200 cm long, this longer version of the classic yoga mat is ideal for tall or long-legged practitioners.

As with the standard classic yoga mat, this mat's textured surface offers excellent grip and grounding in standing poses - in fact, the more you practice on this mat, the better the grip becomes. At 4-5mm thick, it boasts a cushioned thickness for comfort in kneeling, sitting and lying poses, but is still light enough to roll up and carry around with ease.
