As a recent convert to Yoga I found this dvd was ideal for demostrating a number of Yoga Asanas, whilst also providing an additional 15min routine. I found the routine very useful and just extended the exercise to create a longer workout. Definately a good starter for 10

I have practised Iyenger yoga on and off for a number of years. I live in the north of Scotland and also work full-time so I find it quite difficult to commit to a weekly class - although I have now found one and intend going once a month in the new year. I purchased this DVD just to make sure I was still doing the asanas correctly and paying enough attention to small details until I can get to a class. The DVD is excellent and has really made me think about each asana. It is like having an instructor in the room with you. Recommended.
