This is very useful for home practice, for those who have already taken some Iyengar yoga classes. The instructions are clear and detailed. The hour long session moves through a well thought out sequence which covers most of the poses that pop up in the beginners syllabus. Even includes the page numbers to look for in 'Light On Yoga' for pictures of each pose -great stuff.
