I bought the first cd, the green one, because I'm a beginner and am interested in Iyengar yoga. Schumacher, certified by Mr. Iyengar, is an incredible teacher and as soon as I master this first one (which won't be for a long time), I'll definitely move on to the next. If you want the benefits of Iyengar yoga and have the patience and determination to stick to it, this cd is a major boon. It's not easy, since Schumacher is constantly helping you correct yourself in each pose. If you've never done yoga you'll need to look at pictures of the poses, either in Yoga, the Iyengar Way which is excellent, or Light on Yoga which may be a bit daunting. The session lasts an hour including relaxation. I love this cd and can't recommend it highly enough. Thank you Yogamatters!
