In her 1st album, Laura has been cooperating with Antonio Testa, an experienced musician & healer, who draws sounds from the elements of nature, as well as recording shamanic ritual & other ancient spiritual practices. Particularly in the urban environment that many modern yogis live in, we are bereft of the healing properties of natural sound. Furthermore, these elemental sounds serve as instinctive aids in memorising the Birds sequence, which was designed to cultivate the grace of our air-bourne friends, whilst providing a platform of core strength & grounding.
