100% natural cotton with a sliding bar metal buckle - the classic yoga belt that has stood the test of time. Made in Pune, this is the standard belt used in Iyengar Institutes the world over. The characteristics which make these belts so well loved are the double thickness cotton and the extra strong metal buckle.

Good basic belt that is robust and durable. The type of buckle on this belt is ideal for yoga practice, and far superior to the fastenings found on those belts not designed specifically for yoga.

I recently bought the classic yoga belt, and although it could be a little bit wider I think it is very nice and has a lovely soft feel to it despite being quite strong, Of course it'll remain to be seen how sturdy it is as I only bought it a short while ago.

Thought this belt looks rather thin and plain, the material is very strong and in fact it may have much better pull while performing asana. It is excellent value and good quality.

It does exactly what it says on the tin!! It's plain & simple but fully functional with a good secure buckle. A basic must have for any practice.
