these are fine. I've been using them in classes for years now. The blue ones are about the right resistance for most of my students - I have just a few easier and harder ones for those who need them. They do get a bit sticky over time though, and the rubber can stick together. If this happens, I give them a good wash with mild detergent, rinse well and then coat with talc or rock-climbers chalk - keeps them from sticking well!
