Revised Prelude Forms

New revised presentation of Shadow Yoga prelude forms. It is intended for students studying the style, and gives an excellent insight into Shadow Yoga. In addition to the prelude forms there are also glimpses of the Natahara form.
Natayoga is the mastery of slight bodily movements, an extremely rare practice which is seen as the prelude activity for the acquisition of the static seated
mudras of hatha yoga that are the bridge between the practice of asanas and pranayamas.
