An excellent book providing lots of suggestions to help strengthen the lower back.

This is a very helpful guide for any yoga practitioner or teacher who is confronted with lower back issues. The presentation of several different yoga routines, from relatively simple to more elaborate, is clear and easy to follow. One remark: I would have liked a chapter with some explanation of common lower back problems and what it is that these specific poses and exercises are doing to remedy them.
