I am not sure where the free video is that should be available on purchase of this book, as it doesn't seem to be visible on Susi's website, but the book is ok without and easy to follow. I think it would be helpful for people with problems in these areas and it is clear and well illustrated. The spirit of the book is very calm with inspiring quotations. I have only just started to use this book and am finding it great. I feel better balanced and in less discomfort after using just two exercises from this book. I even think I have regained a little strength in my hip which had stress fractures. With a little more dedication from myself I think this book will help me alot.

I only have the book, and don't seem to be able to access the video / DVD. But this is a useful guide for yoga to target stiff inflexible shoulders - good for computer users
