Develop strength, grace & coordination with Liz Lark’s dynamic, creative yoga practice, developed from methods of Hatha Yoga (sun/moon balance). Liz specialises in sequencing postures creatively, inspired by her background in Arts (BA 3D design, MA Performing Arts) and Teacher training (BWY, Yoga Alliance, Astanga Vinyasa) and Bodywork. Postures are adapted to suit all levels, including foundation level 1 sequences progressing to intermediate (level 2 &3). A props & modificationsection demonstrates how you can adapt your posture safely. You can flow through a 60 minute class, or select other options for a short, specific class.
Shot on location in the Southwest Coast of England, Liz’s instructions accompanied by a backdrop of wild Cornish Seacoast. An original music soundtrack has been composed especially for this practise.
