buy this dvd.. I bought it to supplement research I was doing into Scaravelli yoga. It was short and expensive, as is evident, but helped me to expand my comprehension a little and she sounds exactly as I thought. It is also amazing to see her getting into the asanas with as little effort as holding a leaf.
