This is, quite simply, the definitive statement on perinatal Iyengar yoga: It is a huge and monumental work, and essential for all Iyengar teachers. Although we have only had a chance to survey all the contents, it is clear that Geeta has created a masterpiece of clarity and erudition. We have no idea why it took so long to get this book in print - but truly worth waiting for!
