Amazing book with lots of photos illustrating the postures with the intelligent use of props as well as detailed instructions of how to get in and out of the pose and benefits . It conveys the use of props in relation to the pupils degree of flexibility , maturity in her practice and availability of props, so there are several options for one same asana. On top of that it also addresses the sequences aimed for the female practice in tune with her menstrual cycle as well as any irregularities on the cycle. Excellent for practioners as well as teachers. Inspiring!
