An amazing book, which is essential to anyone learning the practice of astanga. However for people who have little experience of astanga it can be confusing so I recommend David Swenson's astanga practice book to compliment this wonderful book. Both combined together are amazingly helpful and have helped me in my personal practice a lot! namaste
