Asta Dala Yoga Mala is a series of books which is a compilation of Guruji's teachings over the years. The first volume consists of autobiographical articles on the influence of yoga in his life and on his experiences with his Guru. The remaining sections are devoted to his explanations on yoga and the yoga sutras. We receive some books from India in less than perfect condition. There may be some damage to this title.
