Excellent book full of great meditation techniques as well as 'class scripts' which if you are a teacher, are possible to use in a class. It contains very clear step by step guides to many different meditations including japa, yoga nidra and visualisations. At the back there are mantras from vedic and tantric texts, as well as mantras from different religions, including one for removing the poison of scorpions which I have found indispensible in London!
