Large enough to carry 0.5L of water, the NoseBuddy neti pot will clear the most congested of noses. It's long spout means water is less likely to spill and with a handy measuring spoon you know exactly how much salt to add to the solution.

Traditionally a yoga method, daily neti or 'nasal cleansing' will relieve and prevent a congested nose, hayfever and sinusitis, or to relieve a 'heavy head' and bring a clearer mind to the user.

I find the Nose Buddy so much easier to use than previous neti pots I've tried, so I'm much more inclined to use it daily. The spoon helps measure out the exact amount of salt, so I no longer burn the inside of my nostrils when I used to guestimate the salt required. The long spout means I don't pour solution all over my face. A brilliant product.

Just used my new purple Nosebuddy for the first time after a friend recommended it to me.....such an improvement on the one I was using previously. It's main benefit it that it fits enough solution for a full cycle and the design of the pot makes it easier to use.

I have been using my nosebuddy for about a week now and have really noticed a difference. It's really light, has an attractive design and the long spout means no spillages. Brilliant - I shall recommend to my friends!

I looked at various designs and reviews for netti pots and this one is by far the best, especially if you have never used one before. The instructions are very clear, the measuring spoon is very useful to ensure that you use the exact amount of salt and it is light and very easy to keep clean and ,if necessary, travel with. The added bonus is that it is also an attractive design so looks good enough to leave out on the shelf in the bathroom!

I had a neti pot but I had been struggling to get the ratio of salt to water right, so my expereince had been inconsistent and not always nice. I wanted to over come this problem as when the ratio is right, neti has a profound effect on cleansing my sinuses and reducing mucus and thus blocked nose, coughing and allergies, making my mind feel clearer, and in general increased lightness. I dithered between a beautiful porcelin one and nosebuddy, and went for practicallity over esthetics. I have not been dissapointed, the measuring spoon and clear water line on the pot mean perfect results every time. The nozzle fits my nose well , so I am very happy.
